For the Technically Curious
Under the hood, we use a transformer architecture with self-attention - the same technology behind ChatGPT, but specialized for structured carrier data.
The model is trained using masked column reconstruction - we hide random data points and ask the AI to predict them from context. This forces it to learn deep relationships between all carrier attributes.
The result is a 128-dimensional embedding for each carrier that captures their operational DNA. Similarity is computed using cosine distance, enabling sub-100ms searches across millions of carriers using vector indexing.
